Terms and Conditions for The AEO Community
Effective Date:October 15, 2025
Welcome to The AEO Community (the “Community”). The Community is a membership platform hosted on Skool.com and operated by AEO.co, under the legal entity 3xfreedom llc (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Community, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Community.
1. Membership Tiers & Benefits
We offer four distinct membership tiers. Benefits are subject to change, and access to certain content may require you to reach a specific engagement level within the Community to prevent spam and ensure active participation.

- Community Access:Full access to public discussions and member connections.
- The AEO Blueprint Book:A complete digital guide to our foundational strategies.
- Foundational Courses:Access to “The AEO Blueprint” & “AI Fundamentals” courses.
- Weekly Call Recordings:Access to a directory of past strategy and Q&A calls.
- AEO Research Insights:Our latest findings on AI source citation and brand recommendations.
- Free Tools and Resources:A curated list of resources.
- Pioneer Tier ($295/month)Includes all Free Tier benefits, plus:
- AI Course for Entrepreneurs:Advanced courses covering Prompt Engineering, AI Model Reviews, and Automation.
- Live Calls:Live access to weekly strategy and Q&A sessions.
- AI Visibility Report:One (1) comprehensive report on your business’s AI visibility, delivered monthly.
- Exclusive Tools and Resources:Access to advanced tools, APIs, and AI workflows.
- Private Group Coaching:Access to small-group coaching calls held once every two weeks, designed to address specific member questions.
- Monthly Strategy Report:A follow-up to your AI Visibility Report with aggregated insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strategist Tier ($995/month)Includes all Pioneer Tier benefits, plus:
- Search Atlas Management:Managed AEO optimizations for one of your designated web properties using the Search Atlas platform. We remain tool-agnostic and will adapt our toolset as superior options become available.
- Elite Tier ($2995/month)Includes all Strategist Tier benefits, plus:
- Content Repurposing:Advanced services to repurpose your existing content across multiple modalities (text, audio, video) and channels to amplify brand authority and AI recognition.
- Knowledge Panel Optimization:Services focused on establishing and optimizing your brand as a recognized entity in Google’s Knowledge Graph and other semantic databases.
2. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Fees:Paid memberships (Pioneer, Strategist, Elite) are billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rates specified above. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
- Failed Payments:If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge one additional time within the same week. If the second attempt fails, your access to paid features and content will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
- Cancellation Policy:You may cancel your paid membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to all paid features until that date and will not be billed again.
- Refund Policy:We offer a 7-day refund policy for initial subscription payments. To request a refund, please contact us at support@mail.aeo.cowithin 7 days of your first payment. No refunds will be issued after this 7-day period.
3. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use
To maintain a high-quality, professional environment, all members must adhere to the following rules:
- Give More Than You Take:Contribute value, share insights, and support fellow members.
- No Spam, Fluff, or AI Sludge:All content shared must be high-quality and relevant. Self-promotion is strictly forbidden outside of designated areas. Do not post low-effort or generic AI-generated content.
- Stay Curious, Not Combative:Engage in respectful debate and discussion. Harassment, hate speech, or combative behavior will not be tolerated.
- Keep the Community Clean:Report any spammers, scammers, or members making unsolicited offers to the admins immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your membership without prior warning and without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content:All materials provided within the Community, including courses, videos, reports, tools, and written content, are the intellectual property of 3xfreedom llc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your personal or internal business use only.
- Prohibited Actions:You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content. Sharing your login credentials is strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of providing access to an authorized member of your direct internal team for implementation purposes. Screen recording of premium content is forbidden.
- Your Content:You retain ownership of the content you post in the Community. However, by posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your post as a testimonial or for marketing purposes, but only if the content directly references positive results achieved from the Community’s teachings, content, or interactions.
5. Access, Availability, and Member Responsibilities
- Platform Availability:The Community is hosted on Skool.com. While we strive for high availability, we are not liable for any downtime or technical issues caused by the Skool platform itself or for downtime required for our own necessary maintenance.
- Member Responsibility:The fulfillment of services like the AI Visibility Report, Monthly Strategy Report, and access to group coaching calls is contingent upon your request and cooperation. It is your responsibility to submit the necessary information and requests to our team for these services to be rendered.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Results:All content, advice, and strategies provided are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as increased search rankings, website traffic, or financial outcomes. The field of AI visibility is highly volatile and rapidly changing. Your results are highly dependent on your specific business model, market landscape, and the actions you take.
- Not Professional Advice:The information provided should be considered well-researched advice within a new and consolidating discipline, not as validated, professional legal, financial, or tax guidance. You should consult with qualified professionals for such advice.
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at aeo.co/privacy-policy. We use third-party service providers to operate the Community, including:
- Skool.com:For community hosting.
- Stripe:For secure payment processing.
- Google Analytics:For website traffic analysis.
- GoHighLevel:For marketing and customer relationship management.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation by contacting us directly.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email address associated with your account at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Community after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Community at any time, without a refund, if you breach these Terms or violate our Community Guidelines.
